“Trifle” with strawberries and cream


sponge cakes – 180 g
35-percent cream – 1.5 cups
strawberries – 1.5 cups
Liquor – 4 tablespoons
strawberry jam
powdered sugar

To prepare vanilla cream take:
Milk – 300 ml
sugar – 100 g
cornstarch – 2.5 tbsp
butter – 20g
egg yolk – 4 pcs.
flour – 1 tbsp
vanilla – 1 pc.
Liquor – 2 tbsp

Cooking method:      

1.First, prepare the cream:

Milk pour into a saucepan and add the sachet of vanillin (vanilla or wand), bring to a boil over low heat and remove to the side.
The egg yolks add sugar, starch and flour and stir until it is time until we get a homogeneous mass.
In a few add the cooled milk mixture is cooked, stir and again bring to a boil over low heat, whisking vigorously, and stirring.
Harvesting in the cold for 15 minutes until cool.
Now ready to take sponge cakes and cut them into cubes, 2 tablespoons impregnate liqueur and strawberry jam lubricates. Cream must be combined with the powdered sugar and beat well.
