Tri-color cake.

Ingredients

Dough:

-Muka — 300 g
-Slivochnoe Oil — 120 g
-Sahar — 100 g
-Yaytso — 1 pc.
-Moloko — 2 tbsp. l.
-Tsedra Lemon — 1 hour. L.
-Razryhlitel — 1 hour. L.

Filling:

-Tvorog — 400 g
-Yaytso — 1 pc.
-Sahar — 2 tbsp. l.
-Apelsin — 1 pc.
-Kivi — 2 pcs.
-Yabloki — 2 pieces

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough. Egg whisk with sugar and cut into cubes of soft butter. Mix flour with baking powder and lemon zest is added to the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough is elastic.

2. Turn on the oven to 190 degrees. Grease a baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough on a work surface, cut the 2 small ball for partitions between fruits. Carefully transfer the rolled dough into shape, flatten.

3. Filling. Cottage cheese, beat the egg and sugar into a homogeneous mass. We spread into a form on the dough.

4. Fruits my, clean, cut. From balls of dough roll out sausages. Make 2 partitions on the curd. Spread on curd fruit (each fruit separately). Put the cake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
