A crostata is an Italian baked tart or PIE. Tarts of pastry with various fillings — fruit, nut, chocolate, cheese, cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
Prepare the dough. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter and whisk until fluffy crumbs. Pour in the water and beat on low speed until the dough begins to knit. Preparation:
