Tomatoes and feta cheese with bulgur.

Ingredients:
tomatoes 4 pieces.
50 g bulgur.
2 sprigs of dill, parsley and green onions to taste
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:
We cut the top of tomatoes and remove the middle of a spoon.
Bulgur pre-soak in boiling water (100 ml).
Greens wash and chop.
Fet cut into small cubes.
Combine bulgur, oil, salt, pepper, herbs and feta.
Tomatoes little salt inside, starting bulgur.
Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven for 45 minutes.
