Tomato soup with yogurt and orange


Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
onions – 1 clove
Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable broth – 3 cups
yogurt – 1/2 cup
orange juice – 1 tbsp. a spoon
grated orange peel – 1 tsp.
rosemary, thyme – 30g
bay leaves – 2 pcs.
allspice pepper – 4 pcs.
chopped parsley – 1 tbsp. a spoon

What to do:
Scald the tomatoes and peel and finely chop. Onions, leeks and potatoes cut into strips.
Onions and leek pripuskayut regarding broth supplemented with olive oil for one minute. Add the potatoes and slightly warm, then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, herbs and bay leaves, chopped garlic, pour the remaining broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Bay leaves, remove the soup, soup and warm up the blender grind.
For the sauce, whisk together the yogurt, add the grated zest, juice and stir.
When serving, add the yogurt sauce soup.
