Tiramisu «Eskimo»



Brown sugar «Mistral» — 7 tbsp
Cream 35% fat) — 200 g
Milk — 100 g

Condensed milk — 150 g
Instant coffee
Chocolate — 50 g

4. Now cream. Bring the milk to a boil, introduce the beaten egg yolk mixed with starch (slightly diluted milk and 1 tbsp sugar. Knead thoroughly and leave to cool.
5. Cream to firm peaks, add the cottage cheese, custard and condensed milk.
6. Glasses be covered with cling film, put the cream and insert the biscuits, sprinkle lightly their sweet coffee.
7. Put the glasses in the freezer to cool at least 3-4 hours. Before serving, pour over melted chocolate.
