The turkey meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce with cheese.

For the meatballs:
500 g turkey stuffing
1 egg
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chop
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
450 g of tomato sauce or any sauce for pasta (marinara fit)
4-5 large basil leaves, cut
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
250 g sliced ​​mushrooms (optional)
120-170 g of cheese burrata and mozzarella, cut into large chunks

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. BLIND small balls (16-22 pieces). Arrange on a baking sheet, greased, and bake for 15 minutes.
At this time, prepare the sauce. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour the tomato sauce. Add all the other ingredients for the sauce, including mushrooms, oregano and any other seasonings to taste. The sauce should thicken.
When the meatballs are baked, to shift them to the frying pan into the sauce. Pour each meatball sauce on top, top with basil leaves. Arrange cheese erratically on the sauce and meatballs. Continue to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve meatballs with vegetables, pasta, or as a separate dish.
