The fish in tomato sauce with olives

— 500 g of fish fillets
— 300 g tomatoes
— 150 g of onions
— 50 g olives or olives
— 1 egg
— 2 — 3 tbsp flour
— Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste

1. Cut the fish into small pieces. Egg whisk with a little salt and pepper.
2. The boned pieces of fish in it, and then crumble them in flour.
3. In the warm up oil pan fry and fish for 5 — 7 minutes on each side.
4. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes cut into cubes. Olives cut into circles, greens grind. In vegetable oil fry the onion, add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Add the olives and herbs and remove from heat.
6. When applying for fish sauce is spread on — salt and pepper if desired.
