That’s the name of this cake translated from Norwegian Verdens beste kake.
You will need:
For the sponge:
• 100g soft butter
• 100g sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 3st.l milk
• 100g flour
2 tsp baking powder
• 1ch.l vanilla sugar.

For the meringue:
• 4 200g of protein
• sugar 150g
• almonds
• 300gr. Cream

Cream:
• 1 package of rum filling to taste (you can no filler, just whip the cream with the vanilla sugar.)

How to cook:
1. To start, beat all the ingredients for the sponge cake into a homogeneous mass. It is recommended to start with the butter and sugar, then add the milk, egg yolks and finally the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
