Thai fried rice with pineapple

Ingredients:
2 cup cooked jasmine rice, ostuzhennoy (~ 1 cup uncooked rice)
125g chicken meat
150-200 g large raw shrimp, peeled
1 can of canned pineapple in juice sobstvennno
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped.
2 eggs
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup roasted unsalted cashew nuts
Pen 2 green onions, finely chopped

Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into strips of 5 mm. If fresh meat is bad cut, put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and cut slightly firm meat.
2. Cut the pineapple into slices 1 cm
3. Prepare the remaining ingredients.
4. Good heat the oil in a wok (or large frying pan) over high heat — oil should almost smoke. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the chicken, shrimp and red pepper and cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes, until the meat is white and reduce heat to medium-high. Break the egg directly into the wok. No mixing them fry 2 minutes until they are lightly zastynut.
5. Slide the meat and peppers in one side of the wok and add the rice with the other hand. Add soy and fish sauces to rice and mix all located in a wok. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes from the bottom to the top of the rice mix well with other ingredients and lightly fry in oil.
6. Sprinkle with black pepper, add the nuts, green onion and chopped pineapple. I continue frying, stirring well of 1.5 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, place in a dish and serve immediately.
