Terrine “Mimosa”.

Filing terrine always neat and spectacular. I suggest you try the dish called “Mimosa” – a satisfying, delicious, easy to prepare.
• 6 eggs
• mayonnaise two yolks quail eggs
• a small bunch of onions shallot

Cooking method:  
1. boil hard boiled egg. Cool.
2. Separate the whites from the yolks.
3. Proteins are cut into small cubes. Yolks turned into crumbs.
4. Onion shred.
5. Half of the protein mix with onions and spread on the bottom of the cup. Lubricates mayonnaise.
6. The second layer Put the egg yolks.
7. The remaining proteins mix with mayonnaise and spread on top of the yolk.
8. Decorate a drop of mayonnaise and shallot onions.
