Tartu with figs, almonds and orange marmalade.

It is very easy and gentle! Marmalade can be replaced by honey, but then will leave an interesting nuance of flavor – a slight bitterness, which, in my opinion, there is very helpful.

On 6 servings:

5 large figs
250 g of finished puff pastry Puff
60 g softened butter
75g ground almonds
60g sugar
25 g flour
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp orange marmalade
50 ml of orange marmalade
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or seeds from the vanilla pod halves
40 g almond petals

1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
