Tarts with almond.


For the dough:

250 gr. flour

150 gr. butter

90 c. Sahara

50 c. ground almonds

1 egg yolk

For the cream:

125 gr. oils

125 gr. ground almonds

115 gr. Sahara

100 gr. chopped chocolate

45 c. almond slices for decoration

2 eggs

1 tsp Roma


All the ingredients for the dough mix. Roll the dough into a ball and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Melt the butter, add sugar, eggs, chocolate, ground almonds and rum.

The dough is spread on the form and pierce with a fork across the surface

Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees

Chocolate mass lay on the dough, top to decorate the plates of almonds and bake for another 15 minutes.
