Tartlets with scallops.

These tartlets can be eaten hot, freshly baked and had ostyvshimi, but still warm. If you will keep in the fridge, I recommend a little warm before serving.

To prepare the dough

we need:
• 125 g of flour,
• 25 ml of olive oil,
• 20 g of butter,
• 1 egg,
• 1-2 tbsp Cold water.

Cooking method: 

1. Mix all ingredients except water.
2. If the dough forms a ball, little by little add the water.
3. roll off the ball of dough, wrap in foil and remove the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

To prepare 4 tartlets

we need:
• dough with olive oil,
• 12-16 scallops,
• 100 ml. cream,
• 1 tsp flour
• 1 tsp + 1 tablespoon butter
• Freshly ground black pepper
• arugula feeding.

Cooking method:   

1. divide dough into 4 parts, hands forming tortillas, spread their forms for tartlets and bake 10-15 with load a mine at 180 degrees.
2. Scallops fry on both sides in the tablespoon of butter until soft.
3. For the sauce, melt the teaspoon oil in a skillet, add it to the flour mix.
4. A thin stream pour in the cream, stirring constantly. The sauce will thicken. Remove from the heat.
5. The semi-finished tartlets instead laid cargo 1 tbsp sauce on top 3-4 scallops, sprinkle with pepper.
6. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
