Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Butter – 3 tbsp. l.
Bacon – 250g
Onions – 1 pc.
Dry white wine – ½ cup
Reblochon (Camembert) – 1 round of cheese
Chili pepper – 1 pc.
Salt and pepper – to taste


1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
2. Grease a baking dish 2 tablespoons of butter.
3. In the remaining oil, fry the bacon to a crisp, 10-12 minutes.
4. Put the bacon on a paper towel. In the same skillet caramelized onions, add the wine and evaporate it to half volume.
5. Add the potatoes, thinly sliced ​​(best used for this grater Mandolin), salt and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes.
6. Put in the form of layers of potatoes, bacon and cheese, sliced ​​(if you do not find Reblochon, replace it with the Camembert, but the taste will change). Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
