Tarte flambe or flaming pie (French cuisine).

1.5 cups flour
1 cup water

Cooking method:

6. To punch in a blender heavy cream, cottage cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Roll out the dough to grease paste made of cottage cheese and cream. Put on top of the onions and bacon.

8. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
