Sweet – salty cakes with cream dolce de leche

Cakes are made up of stacked layers of crushed wafer cookies and pretzels. Covered with whipped cream with cream dolce de leche. Dessert is cooled in the refrigerator to solidify.

3 cups vanilla wafer cookies (about 300 gr.)
1 and 1/4 cups of pretzels
4 cups chilled whipping cream
3/4 cups icing sugar
1 cups cream dolce de leche (you can substitute boiled condensed milk)
Special spray for greasing

20-cm square baking grease a special spray and cover with cling film, leaving allowances on the edges. In a large bag with sealed edge blend waffle cookies and pretzels and crush them with a rolling pin until you get large crumbs interspersed with individual pieces. Pour the crumbs into a medium bowl.

In a large bowl, beat 2 and 3/4 cups fatty cream mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes to form a thick foam. Pour 1/2 cups powdered sugar and continue beating for 1 minute. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cups whipping cream and 3/4 cups dolce de leche, then pour the mixture back into the whipped cream and mix.

2 cup a mixture of cream and dolce de leche, mix with crumbled cookies and pretzels.

Half of the remaining mixture of cream and dolce de leche Put an even layer in the prepared pan. Spoon the mixture with cookies and pretzels and gently spread it with your fingers or a spatula. Top with remaining mixture dolce de leche and cream and smooth. Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Remove the foil and turn the dessert dish, and then remove the form. The remaining 1 1/4 and cups whipping cream, beat with a mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes until a thick foam.

Stir remaining 1/4 cups powdered sugar and beat for 2 minutes. The resulting mixture was lay on top of the cake.

The remaining 1/4 of cups dolce de leche sauce, put in a measuring cup and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to become liquid. Sprinkle them a cake.
