So today we want to offer you a recipe for a casserole with sweet onions. Delicious!

-1 Tablespoon olive oil,
-1.5 kg of sweet onion,
-a cup of cooked brown rice,
-1/3 cup fat-free milk
-piece smoked swiss cheese,
-pinch of salt
-sweet peppers,
-grated Parmesan cheese,
-chopped parsley

1. Cut all the onion cubes and fry them in a pan, greased with olive oil. When a little softened, put them in a large bowl.
2. For the draw for the preliminary onions cooked rice, milk, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper and allspice. All thoroughly.
3. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
4. Cover the pan with foil for baking. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
