Sweet and sour beef with pineapple


-Telyatina (Fillet) — 600 g
-Veshenki — 300 g
-Luk — 1 pc.
-Perets Bulgarian (red and yellow) — 2 pcs.
-Chesnok — 1 clove
-Ananas (Canned) — 250 g
-Butyric vegetable — 100 ml
-Citric — 1 pc.
-Tomatnoe Puree — 50 g
-Soevy Sauce — 2 tablespoons. l.
-Imbir (Root) — 2 slices
-Lapsha (Rice) — 500 g


1. Prepare the ingredients. Rice noodles dipped in boiling water. Boil until tender and rinse in cold water.

2. Vegetables and mushrooms cut into strips, pineapple — cubes. Garlic and ginger grate.

3. The meat cut into thin strips.

4. In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes to fry the meat, then put it on the rack or towel to drain excess fat.

In the same oil fry the garlic and ginger, then add them to the mushrooms and vegetables.

5. At the end of cooking add the diced pineapple and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add pureed tomatoes, soy sauce and lemon juice. For a more

pronounced sweet-sour taste of the dish, you need to add syrup from canned pineapple.

6. To cook the vegetables add the meat and pre-cooked rice noodles, mix well.

7. Put the prepared dish.
