Swedish meatballs.

If you already fed burgers, why not replace them with tasty meatballs … with bechamel sauce and boiled potatoes.
Ingredients

Mince mixed — 400 g
Bread crumbs — 2 tablespoons
Water — 4 tablespoons
Onions — 1 head
Salt — 1 tsp
Sugar — ½ tsp
White pepper powder — a pinch
Chicken egg — 1 pc.
Vegetable oil — to taste
Instructions

1. Peel and chop onion.
2. Next, thoroughly mix all ingredients except the vegetable oil (it is needed only for frying) until smooth.
3. BLIND small balls and fry in a pan over medium heat.
4. Serve with sauce bechamel or any other your favorite sauce.
