Sugar Cookies

Crispy on the outside, soft and crumbly inside … just melts in your mouth!

Softened butter (230 g) was rubbed with powdered sugar (100 g) until homogeneous, add 1/4 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract (I added 1 g of vanillin) enter the sifted flour (330 g).
Quickly knead the soft dough, gathering it into a ball.
Divide dough into 3 parts, roll out each part of the «sausage», 2-3 cm in diameter, wrap in pisch.plenku and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Lubricate the «sausage» with beaten egg, a ride on sugar, cut into segments 2 cm thick, put the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light browning.
