Subji cabbage with potatoes and paneer.

-Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
-Potatoes 6 pcs.
-Paneer 350 gr.
-Cabbage 300g.
-Sol 2 h. L.
-Fenugreek 2 tbsp. l.
-Coriander 1.5 h. L.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown paneer (soft cheese can be taken)

Put in a bowl fried Paneer (cheese), and a frying pan fry the coriander and fenugreek for about 10 seconds.

Then add the potatoes, cabbage and salt. Stir and cook under the lid closed for 10-15 minutes.

When the potatoes and cabbage are almost ready, add the paneer and simmer everything together for about 2-3 minutes. Subji ready
