– Five chicken legs (medium size)
– 100 grams of prunes,

1. Wash the chicken legs, carefully separate their skin from the flesh, but of the skin should still be left on the joint.

3. Soak the prunes in warm water – stand for twenty minutes, then squeeze it and chop finely.
4. Kernels and chop parsley, pre rinse and dry with a paper towel.
5. Cheese cut into small cubes.
6. Onions cut into half rings and fry in butter in a frying pan until golden brown.
7. Chicken mince, add the prepared onions, prunes, nuts, cheese and parsley – all the ingredients of salt to taste, stir – get a nice and tasty toppings.
8. Preparation of stuffing to fill the skin and tighten loose its edge inside.
9. Coat the stuffed chicken skin with the help of mayonnaise and put “legs” in the baking dish.
10. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and send stuffed with “legs” in the oven – bake for forty minutes.
