Stuffed avocado.

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 0.25 cup
-Grainy mustard 1 tbsp. l.
-Garlic 1 pc.
-Bulb 1 pc.
-Chili flakes to taste
-Thyme sprig of 5-6 pc.
-Lemon juice and zest 2 tablespoons. l.
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Ground cumin to taste
-Tofu, a bag 1 pc.
-Broccoli stalks 2 pcs.
-Avocado 3 pcs.
-Dried apricots 1-2 piece.
-Lemon juice For the sauce 2 tbsp. l.
-Lemon zest 2 tablespoons. l.
-Dijon mustard 0.5 Art. l.
-Maple syrup 1-2 tbsp. l.
-Red onion 1 piece.
-Curry powder to taste
-Ground cumin to taste
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Tamari sauce 0.5 h. Liter.
-Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
-Some water (depending on the desired thickness of sauce) to taste

Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, chopped onions, chili flakes, thyme, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and cumin.
Place tofu cubes in a large dish, disassemble the broccoli into florets, add them to the tofu, pour the marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
For the sauce, mix the lemon juice, zest, mustard, maple syrup, chopped red onion, curry powder, cumin, water, salt, pepper, tamari sauce and olive oil. All this whisk in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Preheat the grill thoroughly, cut in half and remove seeds of avocado, cut grease oil, season with salt and pepper.
Grilled fry tofu and broccoli.
Mash and mix in a bowl, to get small pieces, add chopped dried apricots.
Then prepare grilled avocado halves. Broil until browned, until there are specific strips.
Pour the mixture of tofu and broccoli avocado in half, pour sauce.
