Strawberry muffins


150 ml of milk
wheat flour 3 cups
egg 1 piece
40 grams of butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1st Class teaspoon vanilla
egg yolks 1 piece
0.25 teaspoon salt
10 grams of yeast
50 grams of powdered sugar
Mix milk, sugar, egg.

We sift the flour. Add the yeast to the milk-egg mixture, stir. Pour melted butter and add salt to the flour. Knead the soft dough. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place, so that the dough has doubled.

Roll out the cake, spread the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar.

On each side makes an incision, one edge of the throw to the opposite side, and the other end on the other side.

Spread on a baking grease yolk and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Ready muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar.
