Stewed pumpkin with cranberries.

Dry cranberries – a handful to taste
Orange fresh juice (a couple of small oranges) 1/2 cup
A quarter of a small pumpkin (varies depending on the number of servings) to taste
Bulb 1/2 pcs.
Apple 1 pcs.
Sprigs of thyme (preferably fresh) to taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Ginger powder (optional) to taste
Broth or water (optional) to taste

Heat the orange juice with cranberries to a boil. Hold for a few minutes and remove from heat.
Meanwhile, cut the pumpkin into large cubes, apple. Finely cut onions.
Bow passeruem on a small amount of olive oil.
When the onion is translucent, add the pumpkin.
A few minutes later thyme sprigs salt, pepper.
Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat (watch to not burnt onions, you can add a little broth / water), add the apple. Apple will need just two minutes. Add the juice and cranberries.
Mix, try salt-pepper. You can add powdered ginger. That’s all. Cover with a lid and bring to a desired readiness pumpkin and apple. If you want a softer, cook for a few minutes. Want to solid pieces – remove immediately.
