Ingredients:
Olive oil 1 h. l.
butter 1/2 hour. l.
spinach 600 grams.
a handful of golden raisins to taste
a handful of pine nuts to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a frying pan heat the olive oil and melt the butter in it.
Portions adding spinach to cook 6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add raisins, nuts, season with salt and pepper.
