Steak with blue cheese and roasted grapes

Ingredients

Worcestershire sauce 2 1/2 Art. l.
Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. l.
red wine vinegar 3 tbsp. l.
red grapes(bunch) 1 PC.
lemon juice(freshly squeezed) 1 tbsp. l.
shallots 1 piece.
grape seed oil 1/2 cup
salad mix 300g
sunflower seeds(dried) 1 handful
1/4 cup soy sauce
spices steak(a set of your favorite spices) 1 tbsp. l.
Steak 800 g
4 cloves garlic

Cooking method:
Put the steak in a deep bowl.
Take a jar with a screw cap for the marinade. Place the chopped garlic in it …
Spice…
Mustard …
Wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce.
Squeeze lemon juice …
Add the soy sauce …
And grape seed oil. I use it because with it burns less meat.
Screw the jar lid …
And a good shake to the components connected.
Pour the marinade over the steak and allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to 200 degrees and fry the steaks for 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired degree zazharistosti.
Meanwhile, wash the grapes. Heat a grill basket. As soon as the basket of pairs go, put the grapes in it and hold on the grill 5-8 minutes. Grapes can be removed when the berries begin to crack slightly. I recommend not to skip this step: baked grapes at times softer and sweeter crude!
Put the herbs in a bowl.
Add the thinly sliced shallots …
And blue cheese.
Mix gently and place on plates.
Serve the salad with steak, grapes and sunflower seeds. You can pour the remaining marinade over the top as the filling.
