Steak with apples.

Meat Fruit especially today no surprise. But the fact remains: they help convey the full flavor dishes without overshadowing the main product. In our case it is the beef steak, which we cook with caramelized apples. We are sure you will like it!

-beef steak (with a thickness of about a finger) 1 pc.
-1 large apple pieces.
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 clove of garlic pieces.
-a sprig of fresh rosemary to taste
-dried rosemary to taste
-olive oil to taste
-vegetable oil to taste
-pea black pepper 2-3 pieces.
-salt to taste

Prepare a mixture of fragrant: mash in a mortar and dried rosemary, garlic, black pepper and salt.
Rub the steaks with olive oil and aromatic mixture.
Heat a frying pan and fry grilled steak on both sides until “slips” from the grill.
Place the steak in a baking dish and place under the grill for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 420 F.
Clear apple from the skin, stalk and seeds. Cut small slices.
Heat a small saucepan 2 tablespoons. l. vegetable oil, sprinkle in the sugar and wait until the sugar begins to caramelized and fully turn into caramel.
Put the slices in caramel apples. Periodically shake the pan and make sure that each slice of apple covered caramel.
Add to the pan with caramel apples and a sprig of fresh rosemary, again all good shake. Give warm ingredients together for about one minute.
Serve baked under the grill steak with caramelized apples and a sprig of rosemary.
