Zucchini (approximately 1-1.2 kg) 4 things.
Green onions, a bunch of 1 pc.
Sorrel, a bunch of 1 pc.
Tomato 4 pc.
Garlic 2 pieces.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Flour – for breading taste
Vegetable oil – for frying to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Courgettes are washed out and cut is not very thick rings.
Salt, a little pepper, crumble in flour on both sides.
In a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the zucchini there. When will the one hand golden brown, then turn over to the other side.
Ready zucchini in a saucepan and add up is set aside.
While the fried zucchini, let us prepare the sauce. Onions are washed out and cut into rings.
Sorrel is thoroughly washed with a strong jet of cold water, give a little to drain, then cut into large chunks or just tear the leaves.
Fry in vegetable or olive oil dock with green onion.
Tomatoes immersed in boiling water for a few seconds, and then take out and remove them from the skin.
Cut into small pieces and send them to the pan with the onions sorrel.
After our mixture in the pan a little put out, add the sugar and chopped garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
In our ready-made sauce we add zucchini. Give a boil and turn off the fire. Minutes 10-15 finished dish let rest under the hood.
Serve with meat or fish. I used the new potatoes with dill. Delicious!
