Spicy Soba with corn and mushrooms.

Ingredients:
soba noodles, serving 2 units.
Olive oil 1 h. l.
fresh mushrooms (shiitake, large mushrooms, or any other) 3-4 pieces.
1 cup frozen corn
garlic cloves 2 pieces.
a pinch of salt to taste
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.
hot sauce 1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Dried chili powder 1 ch. l.
maple syrup or other sweetener 1/2 hour. l.
cayenne pepper 1/4 hours. l.
3-4 sprigs basil pieces.
white sesame seeds 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:
Cook noodles according to package directions. And please, make sure that the water is boiled before going to add the noodles, otherwise it will come too sticky.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add along with the corn to the pan.
Clear garlic, chopped and added to the pan with the oil and salt.
Put the pan on medium flame and cook 7 minutes, until the mixture is lightly browned.
Mix in a small bowl, olive oil, sesame oil, hot sauce, chili, syrup, and pepper.
When the noodles is ready, drain all the water and put the noodles in the bottom of the bowl.
Top with corn and mushrooms and pour all the sauce.
Garnish with basil (chopped possible), sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
