Spicy Potatoes “Bombay”.

1 kg of potatoes.
Pepper (mill) 1/8 hours. L.
French mustard (or mustard seeds) 2 liters
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Cumin 1/2 hours. L.
Garam masala 1 tbsp. l.
Chile 1/2 hours. L.
Onions 2 pc.

Potatoes Wash, peel (if the potatoes with the skins of young then), cut into segments. I had a medium-sized potato, I cut into 4 pieces.
Boil until half. Add salt when cooking.
Pepper, olive oil, mustard, cumin, garam masala, chili mix, beat all well.
Potatoes drain the water, put in a bag, add to the sauce, and all good shake, mix
Put on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven to 400F c.
Small bulbs is better to take different colors, red and white colors, cut into two halves and slice to put on a preheated grill pan (my usual) literally two minutes. Share on potatoes.
