Ingredients:
-1 kg pork ribs.
-paprika 3 tbsp. l.
-red pepper 1/2 hours. l.
-dry mustard 1/2 hours. l.
-cumin 1/2 hours. l.
-brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 cup hot water
-apple cider vinegar (sauce) 1/4 cup
-ketchup (sauce) 4 tbsp. l.
-brown sugar (sauce) for 2 hours. l.
-red pepper flakes (sauce) 1/2 hours. l.
Preparation:
Prepare a dry mix marinade: Mix all the spices and sugar.
Ribs, cut a pair of pieces and if necessary clean up of all superfluous.
Rub ribs mixture and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Prepare the sauce: Mix the vinegar, ketchup, sugar and pepper flakes.
Fold in the baking dish, pour a glass of hot water and bake in a preheated oven 170gradusov, cover with foil, and a half hours.
When the edges are soft and gentle, over time to include the top grill and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, occasionally smearing sauce.
