Ingredients for 10-11 rolls:

100 ml of warm milk
100 ml of warm yogurt
1 egg
3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp. Salt
35 g of butter
1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tsp. Full dry yeast
2.5-3 cups flour
0.5 cups raisins

taste: ground – cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg


In the warm milk dissolve yeast, is set aside. Raisins pour hot water for 5 minutes, then drain the water, raisins dry on a napkin, mixed with a pinch of flour.

Melt the butter, pour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, oil and egg, all stir well.

In the milk with yeast added yogurt and a little sifted flour, mix, pour a mixture of butter, eggs and sugar, add spices and portions of sifted flour, at the end of mixing add the raisins, knead a soft dough, molded it into a ball, brush with vegetable oil, to shift into a bowl , cover and let go 1:00.

To lay oiled baking parchment. Obmyat dough, divide into 10-11 pieces to mold any rolls, or you can simply round nodules.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet, cover with foil and let stand 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180-200 grams. Buns lubricate the egg, you can sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds.
Bake until golden brown.
Buns are obtained – wonderful, fluffy and remain soft even the next day.
