Spicy chicken with white wine.

I offer you my favorite recipe for chicken, mostly doing it for the holidays. Chicken turns out very tender and juicy with a light acidity and a hint of citrus.


For Marinade:
Garlic – 4 cloves
Onions – 1 pc
Tomato – 1 piece (I took the finished mashed tomatoes, you can substitute any adzhika or sauce)
Hot pepper – to taste, I take a little bit
Orange – 1 piece
Lemon – 1 pc
Dry white wine – 200 ml
Paprika – 1 hour. L. .
Black pepper – 1 ch. L.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
Salt – to taste


1. To start making the marinade: Onion three on a fine grater, garlic, squeezing through the press, squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange, tomato three on a grater (if we have fresh tomatoes instead of sauce). All of this mix, add wine, soy sauce, vegetable oil and all the spetsii.Marinad ready.

2. Hen marinade and put in the fridge for 12 hours to chicken thoroughly soaked.
If less time to marinate, the taste is not so saturated.

3. Then after 12 hours pull out chicken from the marinade and put on oiled baking.
Lightly oil the marinade on top and send it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

4.Bake until golden brown.

Note: In the process of cooking the chicken in the oven must be periodically watered remaining marinade (a small amount).
