Spicy chicken with cranberry sauce

1 chicken,
2 cloves garlic,
¼ h. tablespoons paprika,
¼ h. spoon of mustard seed,
¼ h. tablespoons rosemary,
1 hr. Teaspoon dried herbs (parsley, dill, basil)
2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil,
Salt to taste.

200 g of cranberries,
100 g of sugar,
1 tbsp. spoon starch

Chicken wash well and dry.
Remove the skin (optional).
Spices, crushed garlic and oil mix in a bowl. Chicken rub with salt inside and out, and then rub with a mixture of spices. Allow to stand for 2 hours.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C. for 1 hour until tender.
Cranberries pour a glass of water and boil.
Rub through a sieve. The resulting mass to boil and add sugar, salt and starch dissolved.

On low heat to thicken and cool. Pour into a gravy boat.
Chicken out onto a plate and decorate with greens and serve with sauce and fries.
