Spicy chicken sandwich with arugula

(6 servings)
2 tsp. Olive oil
Two halves of chicken breast meat (150 g), without bones and skin
1 tbsp. spoon seasoning “Fajita”
4 tbsp. tablespoons light mayonnaise
3 tbsp. tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. Grated lime zest
1 tbsp. tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 round focaccia bread, cut in half lengthwise
1 ripe medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
50 g of purified arugula

How to cook:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Wrap each piece of chicken in foil and beat off to a thickness of 0.5 cm, sprinkle the meat on each side of seasoning “fajita”. Put the chicken in the pan, cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked. Cut into slices of 2 cm.
Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest and juice; evenly lubricate the inner surface of the bread mixture. Put chicken on bottom half of bread on top to add a slice of tomato and arugula. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 4 pieces.
