Spicy beef in red wine

Just a gift for meat eaters! Incredibly tasty beef obtained. Well, you can apply almost any garnish.
Cooking 80 Min

The flesh of beef — 700 g
Beef Broth — 100 ml
Dry red wine — 1 cup
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Butter — 2 tbsp. l.
Balsamic vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.
Sheet Malabar cinnamon — 2 pcs.
Orange pepper


1. Cut meat across the grain pieces of approximately 100 g in weight.
2. Generously sprinkle with orange pepper (if you do not like spicy, you can greedy).
3. In a heated pan add the olive oil and butter, heat.
4. Put the meat and fry until golden brown. I already I salt the meat in the pan when it is already grab crust.
5. Add the stock, wine, balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil, add the cinnamon leaf Malabar.
6. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid, simmer on low heat for about an hour.
7. Serve with garnish. I served with spaghetti with herbs, paprika and tomato petals.
