Spanish warm potato salad

Ingredients:
500 g of peeled potatoes
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
¼ red onion
12 pieces of olives, pitted
100 g boiled white beans
180g canned tuna
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
sauce:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 and ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Blanch the pepper for 3 minutes. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in a jar with a screw top. Mix the potatoes and peppers with red onion, olives, white beans, tuna and parsley.
Season the sauce and mix gently.
