Spaghetti with salmon and shrimps


250-300 grams of spaghetti
salmon fillet 400 grams
peeled shrimp 500 grams
white wine 50 ml
cream of a 25% fat content 200 ml
garlic 2 cloves
parmesan cheese grated 100-150 grams
olive oil 2st. spoons
salt to taste

Cooking method:
In a pot of boiling water, add salt and Art. spoon olikovogo oil, throw the spaghetti and cook until not quite ready (al dente).

In a frying pan heat the remaining oil, fry it finely chopped garlic, add the fish, cut into medium-sized cubes.

Slightly fry, add peeled shrimp, pour in the wine, a little evaporated, add the cream.

After 7 minutes, add to the pan of spaghetti. Put on a plate and sprinkle generously with cheese.
