Spaghetti with mushrooms, asparagus and spinach.

-Pasta 250 gr.
-Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
-Tooth. chusnoka Extruded -1 PC.
-Cream Cheese 170 gr.
-Mushrooms 500 gr.
-1/2 cup milk
-Spinach 240 gr.
-Asparagus 250 gr.
-salt and pepper 1/2 hours. l.
-Green onion
-cut in small pieces 40 c.
-Parmesan grated 100 gr.


Boil water in a large saucepan and boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and place in a large dish.

In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and garlic (about 5 minutes).

Add the asparagus and cook for another 2 minutes.

Then put in a pan, pour cream cheese and milk, cook, stirring occasionally, until boiling milk.

Then add the spinach and keep on the heat for another 3 minutes until cooked spinach.

Season with salt, pepper and season the sauce pasta.

All stir and sprinkle on top of the dish with green onions and grated cheese.
