Spaghetti with chicken in tomato sauce

Lovers of Italian cuisine dedicated! A hearty and delicious dinner just half an hour! Delicious spaghetti in tomato sauce with juicy and aromatic chicken!

-Chicken fillet – 400 g
-Tomatoes – 450g
-Tomato paste – 40 g
-Spaghetti – 300 g
-Garlic – 1 clove
-Ground black pepper
-Dried basil – 1 ch. L.
-Olive oil

1. Put water on the fire for spaghetti. As the water begins to boil, pour two tablespoons of olive oil and salt, stir. Spaghetti boil to a state of “al dente”.

2. While the pasta water to boil, cook the chicken and sauce. Chicken fillet cut into the plate width of 0.5 cm. In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and set over medium heat. We spread the fillets in a single layer on a hot frying pan. Fry for two minutes. During this time, clean and very finely cut large clove of garlic. 3. Overturn the chicken and sprinkle salt on the other side. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Chicken fried very quickly, as soon as she blushed – turn off the fire.

4. Lay off the finished chicken (400 g, I roasted in two parts).

6. In the frying pan where the chicken lay the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat. No need to add oil. Once let the tomatoes juice, reduce the flame, add the second half of the garlic, tomato paste, a little salt, the remaining basil and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

7. Add the chicken to the sauce, stir and turn off the fire. Cover with a lid and give the chicken soak up the flavor of the sauce.

8. Ready spaghetti leans colander.

9. Mix the pasta with chicken and sauce. Optionally, you can decorate with a few cubes of cheese durum (Pecorino Romano, Parmesan).
