Spaghetti “A la Bolognese”.

spaghetti – ~ 200 g
sauce “A la Bolognese”
minced meat (pork + beef) – ~ 400-600 g,
onions – 2 pieces,
Garlic – 2 cloves,
tomatoes – 3-4 pcs,
green basil and parsley,
freshly ground pepper

Prepare the sauce “A la Bolognese”:
Tomatoes Wash, make an incision crossed lowered to 1 minute in boiling water, then remove and peel.
Tomatoes grate or chop using a blender to puree.
Onion peel and finely chop.
Garlic peel and finely chop.
Greens wash, dry and chop.
The preheated with olive or vegetable oil pan fry the onion and half the garlic ~ 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. To add minced chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, stir, cover and cook at low boil for ~ 7-10 minutes. Disable add fresh herbs basil and parsley, remaining garlic, stir and cover.
In a saucepan of boiling salted water (water should be plenty) put the spaghetti, bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes ~. Ready spaghetti drain.
Put the pasta into the pan and stir everything thoroughly with the sauce. Serve with plenty of grated cheese and fresh pertushki / basil.
