Sour-sweet veal with pineapple


Veal (fillet) – 600g
Oyster mushrooms – 300 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Bell peppers (red and yellow) – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
Pineapple (canned) – 250 g
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Lemon – 1 pc.
Tomato puree – 50 g
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.
Ginger (root) – 2 slices
Noodles (rice) – 500 g


1. Prepare the ingredients. Rice noodles dipped in boiling water. Boil until tender and rinse in cold water.
2. Vegetables and mushrooms cut into strips, pineapple – cubes. Garlic and ginger grate.
3. The meat cut into thin strips.
4. In the wok pan pour vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes to fry the meat, then put it on the wire rack or towel to drain excess fat. In the same oil fry the garlic and ginger, then add them to the mushrooms and vegetables.
5. At the end of cooking add the diced pineapple and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add pureed tomatoes, soy sauce and lemon juice. For a more pronounced sweet-sour taste of the dish, you need to add the syrup from canned pineapple.
6. To add the prepared vegetables and meat pre-boiled rice noodles, mix well.
7. Put the prepared dish.
