Sour cream cake with berries.


For the dough:
200ml milk
300 g flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
soda pinch
Knead not very cool, soft pliable dough, wrap in plastic wrap, remove an hour in the refrigerator.
For filling:
500 g sour cream
4 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
half a vanilla pod
For decoration:
Garnish with any seasonal berries

Cooking method:     
Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar, add the contents of half a vanilla pod, enter the sour cream until smooth place.
Roll out the dough and put the bottom and sides of the form. Pour in the middle of the stuffing and put bake in preheated oven to 180 grams.
