Soup of processed cheese

— Processed cheese (2 pcs.);
— Smoked leg quarter (1 pc.);
— Average carrot (1 pc.);
— Potatoes (2-3 pcs.);
— Vegetable oil for frying carrots;
— Salt (to taste);
— Onions (for anyone who has).

Since most of the components — ready-to-eat foods, start with the potatoes and carrots. Oh yeah, I almost forgot — it’s time to put the cheese in the freezer, so we will then be easier to grind them. My potatoes, clean and cut into cubes.
Send to cook in a saucepan.
Three carrots. Fry in vegetable oil. If you cook the soup with onions, fry it with carrots. Add to the soup. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into smaller (and can leave large pieces, some are so fond of). We send the soup.
Meanwhile, our cheese is enough froze. In fact, a little bit. But we have enough. Three in a large grater. And spread in almost finished soup. Stir the soup, until cheese is not dissolved. And as if all that delicious and nutritious soup of processed cheese is ready, you can serve.
