SOUP KHARCHO

SOUP KHARCHO.
Ingredients:
— A piece of beef on the bone is desirable, for broth
— 1-2 onions,
— 2 tbsp rice
— 100 grams of green tkemali,
— 100 g of walnuts (in advance of dried in the oven)
— 2-3 cloves of garlic,
— 1 potato,
— 1 bunch cilantro,
— A piece of spicy green pepper,
— 1 tbsp hops-suneli,
— Salt, freshly ground pepper.

From meat to cook soup. Beef on the bone is desirable to take. Once the meat is ready, add the chopped diced onions, potatoes. Boil the potatoes until soft, 10-12 minutes. Pour rice and hops-suneli. In the bowl of a blender combine the cilantro, walnuts, garlic, green chilli, tkemali. Pulsating motion mix all until smooth. Once the rice is almost ready, add the weight of the nut into the broth. Salt and pepper (pimento) to taste. Bring to a boil, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Before serving, add chopped green coriander and sour cream if desired.
