Soba with fish, avocado and red caviar.
To prepare two servings, we need:
• 200 g buckwheat noodles,
• 1 avocado,
• 200 g ready trout (boiled or baked)
• 1 lime,
• a few sprigs of fresh cilantro,
• 1 tablespoon red caviar,
• 1 tablespoon soevoego sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
Cooking method:
1. Avocado cut into cubes and sprinkle with lime juice.
2. For the sauce, mix the oil, soy sauce, juice of half a lime.
3. The fish is broken down into pieces.
4. Boil the noodles in a large amount of water until tender. I cook once in a wok, to less dirty dishes. When ready drain.
5. Add the noodles to fish, avocado and sauce. Mix together and heated for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the eggs.
6. spread the dish on the plate. Sprinkle with cilantro.
