Snatch Kish young vegetables


For the dough:
280 g flour
140g chilled butter, grated on a coarse grater
Article 8. tablespoons ice water
For filling:
100 g of young zucchini
85 g green beans
85 g of fresh green peas
A small bunch of dense green onions with white bulbs
300ml milk
1 1/2 Art. Spoon flour
2 large eggs
100 g goat cheese
Several cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp. tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

How to make:
1. courgettes cut into slices diagonally, beans lengthwise and cut in half, chop the onion, cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters.
2. In a skillet heat the butter and fry for about 5 minutes, beans, squash, peas and green onions. There also pour the milk and add the flour. Fry, stirring, until thickened. A little cool.
3. Quickly knead the dough, roll into a ball, wrap film and remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat the oven to 190C. Roll out the dough, put in a form with borders, chop with a fork and bake for about 25 minutes.
5. To add the sauteed vegetables beaten eggs well with salt, put on the cake. Top decompose quartered cherry tomatoes and slices of goat cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes.
6. Great Kish with young vegetables ready.
