Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 1000g,
curd – 500 g,
butter – 200 g,
Garlic – 5 cloves,
greenery
salt to taste

Preparation:
Curd carefully rub with butter until smooth, mix with crushed garlic, salt well.

Wet hands to cut the mass in the form of cones with cut tops (stem fungi).

A flat plate or platter sprinkled with chopped dill or parsley, put on top “Stipe”, and on them – cut the tops of tomatoes.

On the “mushroom caps” cause white spots of powdered butter. Before serving it should be kept cold.
